Another day exploring shanghai topped off with a walk in the rain and a taxi ride to the airport hotel. Not before some fun haggling with the sellers at the markets. Bags, shrirts, souvenirs and a cool Brazil soccer strp for Samuel. See you in a few weeks China - hello London again.

Had a fantastic day showing Bryan (Grandad) around Shanghai today. Up Pearl TV Tower, bus tour and lots of walking. Never get tired of finding new things to see in Shanghai, such a metropolis. It is always so bustling and full of energy, people just going about their daily business doing what they probably do each day is such a good watch.

Our first day of the summer holiday, made it to Shanghai. Grandad seems to realllyliking the different culture and experiences. Had a pretty good dumpling and noodle meal that the whole family enjoyed. I so enjoy eating local to a certain degree, nothing too out there like turtle or chicken feet. It feels better to not get ripped off by one of the so-called Western restaurants that deliver poorly cooked Western food and hiked up prices.
